Defense & Security Solutions awarded DOD contract

Washington, D.C. September 23, 2009 – Pegasus Global Holdings (Pegasus) announced today that its subsidiary Defense & Security Solutions, LLC is being awarded a $4,484,935 firm-fixed-price, five year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide engineering and technical support for the 1,101 Jukebox systems currently fielded under the Counter-Radio-Controlled Improvised Electronic Warfare (CREW) system. Pegasus will provide field service representatives; provide depot services, repair parts, system troubleshooting, and electronic repair. Work will be performed in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is expected to be completed by September 2014. Contract funds in the amount of $4,484,935, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, CRANE Division, Crane, Indiana, is the contracting agency.
